THAI YOGA MASSAGE at Stafford Street!
What is it? Thai Yoga Massage is a full-body experience performed fully clothed on
a specially-designed floor mat! Your body is taken through a full range of motions,
with pressure applied along energy lines and pressure points. Denise Macario has
over 5 years of experience with the Thai Yoga Massage, and is a reflexologist to
boot (no pun intended)! She manages her own bookings for Tuesdays/Thursdays, either

Monthly Memberships. With a 6-month (minimum) contract, you can have a reoccurring
monthly membership at one of the hottest yoga studios in Winnipeg, which is perhaps

The cost is only $99.99 a month, or $89.99 for students and seniors. And after your
6-month contract is completed, you can continue month-to-month for as long as you like,
until you give us 30 days notice of cancellation. All you need is a chequing account,

Our studio was designed with your comfort and safety in mind! Featuring
low VOC paints, eco-friendly carpets (the ONLY flooring approved for
Bikram yoga), ample fresh air from our powerful HRV, filtered water for your
waterbottle, and ultra-efficient radiant heat.

-every class is 90 minutes long.
-The studio is only guaranteed to be open 30 minutes before each class.
